Pelvic floor gymnastics

Active training strengthens and relaxes the pelvic floor musculature. When concerning themselves with their own body—the pelvis, women are brought very close to part of their femininity: menstruation, pregnancy, birth, menopause, sexuality. A weakening of the pelvic floor musculature can have various causes. Targeted gymnastics over a long period of time strengthens the overstretched and weakened musculature. This can go a long way to relive pain.
