Back gymnastics

Inappropriate loads on the back and the pain thus caused are common. In the back gymnastics course you will learn how to take good care of your back. This will prevent poor posture and overstraining the muscles of your back. By doing strength and mobility exercises, you will strengthen your back and trunk and practice holding a posture which is good for your back.


  • Structure: Warming up, back training, stretching / relaxing
  • Practical exercises on posture, strength and mobility exercises, body perception and coordination exercises, relaxation techniques

Learning objectives:

  • You will learn how to move in a way that is good for your back
  • You will have mastered strength and relaxation techniques
  • You will learn mobility exercises to prevent subjecting yourself to inappropriate loads
